Can I check-in online?
Yes, it is possible. By booking directly with the hotel you have the possibility to do the fast check-in procedure.
Will I receive information before I arrive at the hotel?
Yes, a few days before your arrival you will receive all the useful information via email or mobile phone, if you prefer. We have also activated the direct line with WhatsApp (+39) 379 1679233 for any request.
Once I arrive, how should I behave?
Access the hotel with the face mask and follow the instructions sent before arrival and communicated by our reception staff. The internal signs will give you the opportunity to respect the right distances from other people.
Can I make an appointment to check-out?
You can book the check-out appointment with the reception staff so that you can carry out your operations comfortably and without waiting. We kindly ask you to leave the room by 10:00 on the day of departure.
What are the precautions adopted for cleaning the rooms and common areas?
Our hotel respects the safety measures provided by the protocol and uses specific products for cleaning and sanitizing the rooms and common areas. The staff are informed and prepared to deal with the situation.
Can I decide not to use the daily room cleaning and tidying service?
Yes, please communicate it to us in advance so that we can assure you the change of linen in the manner provided.
We take this opportunity to inform you that our standard evening room tidying service will not be carried out during the winter season.
Is room service available?
Yes, for all main meals. The service is on request and for a fee.
Can I access the restaurant?
The large size of the area dedicated to catering allows us to be able to serve guests safely respecting the distances imposed. We have also decided to make access times more flexible.
Can I access buffet area?
Adult guests can access the breakfast buffet and the evening buffet equipped with a facemask and disposable gloves.
Can I consult the menu on my smartphone?
We digitized the menus to facilitate the selection and ordering phase. In any case, the dining room staff is at your disposal.
Has the restaurant room ventilation system been sanitized?
Yes, a specialized company has performed the required work.
WELLNESS & SPA
Can I access the Spa area?
Yes, everyday from 3 pm to 8 pm. To allow each guest to relax and comply with hygiene and safety standards, we ask you to book (preferably before check-in) the time of your entrance to the Spa. At the end of each time slot we perform the sanitization of the rooms.
Not possibile to access the Turkish bath.
From 06.08.2021 it is necessary to have Green Pass (Covid-19 Green Certificate) to access Spa.
Can I access the swimming pool?
Yes, from 9 am to 8 pm. To allow all guests to take advantage of the service, we ask you to book your access during the day. The use of swimming cup is mandatory.
Exceptionally, younger guests can use the swimming pool from 9 am to 6 pm (instead of 4:30 pm).
From 06.08.2021 it is necessary to have Green Pass (Covid-19 Green Certificate) to access swimming pool.
Can I book massages and wellness treatments?
Yes, our wellness team is at your disposal. We kindly ask you to make an appointment well in advance.
Is hand sanitizing gel available?
We have placed the dispensers with hand gel (alcohol percentage as per protocol) in the common areas and at the strategic points. You can use it freely.
Is there a Covid contact person at the hotel?
Yes. The company contact has received the certification attesting his participation in the course (2020 and 2021) of the Provincial Company for Health Services UOPSAL and its training on prevention and protection measures.
Can I use mini club service?
Current safety measures suggest that we can’t make the service available.
ACTIVITIES ON THE TERRITORY
Do I have the opportunity to take advantage of the territorial card benefits?
Our territory has created different experiences that can be lived by tourists in full compliance with the safety rules. In addition, the territorial card allows access to take advantage of many services at special prices.
Can I access the ski room with boot warmers?
Yes, for free. The entrance to the room is subject to rules.
Is there the shuttle service to ski lifts?
Yes, for free. It is mandatory to wear face mask on board.
How far the are ski lifts in Pinzolo from the hotel?
500 meters. They are connected to ski areas of different locations such as Madonna di Campiglio and Folgarida.
Can I buy skipass and benefit of discounted prices?
New for the 2021-22 season. Possibility to buy the “Pay per use” card on the internet or at the central ticket office of the ski area. Read more about Starpass here.
Can I do mountain hikes and book walk with snowshoes?
The local mountain guides and partner companies collaborate with the hotel so that guests can do activities. The walks with snowshoes and the rental of snowshoes are not for free.
