Check-in & check-out: on the day of arrival the rooms are available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure check-out time is 10:30 am.
The booking will be definitive after the payment of a deposit by bank transfer to the bank account IBAN IT75 X 02008 35260 000017691506 – SWIFT/BIC UNCRITM10FM at Unicredit Spa Bank (branch of Pinzolo) property of Hotel Europeo.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation from 7 to 1 day: the penalty is equal to the deposit paid at the time of booking so the 30% of the cost of the stay. Note: In the case of bookings for stays in the periods from 01/08 to 17/08 and from 24/12 to 02/01, the deadline for free cancellation is 14 days before the arrival date.
In case of no-show or late arrival or early departure: 100% cancellation fee. In case of cancellation due to force majeure such as the inability to travel due to government restrictions strictly related to the Covid-19 emergency, the hotel will not apply penalties.
We accept the following methods of payment: cash (according to the law limits), checks, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Discount for children in third/fourth bed:
0-1,99 years old: you pay for meals consumed. Crib: € 15 per night.
2-5,99 years old: -50%
6-11,99 years old: -20%;
From 12 years old: -10%.
The price of the double use single is on request.
Meals not consumed will not be refunded.
Please be advised that the Hotel Europeo is a non-smoking hotel. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to smoke in the rooms and in public areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Access to the swimming pool after 16:30 is reserved for adult guests.
The rates and prices shown on the website are VAT included.
The tourist tax is € 2,50/person/night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. Tourist tax will be applied for a period of maximum 10 nights (consecutive) and must be paid at the hotel.
Special packages and offers cannot be combined with other ones.
Free outdoor private parking. Garage is an extra service. It has to be reserved and paid € 15/day.
Two charging stations for electric cars (one Tesla-branded and one universal) with 11 kilowatts of power in the garage of the hotel. Cost per recharge: € 15.
