General conditions

The general conditions for enjoying a pleasant vacation at the European Alpine Charme & Wellness Hotel.

• The prices published on the website are VAT included.
• The tourist tax is € 2,50/person/night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. Tourist tax will be applied for a period of maximum 10 nights (consecutive) and must be paid at the hotel.
• The rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated within 10:30 on the day of departure.
• Late check-out until 18:00 on request with a supplement of 50% of the daily room price. Access to the Europeo Wellness areas is allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We cannot satisfy the request for a specific room or suite number.
• Meals not consumed or other services included in the price not used will not be deducted from the total amount of stay.
